Description: 'The Let It Be Sessions' by The Beatles, 6 CD set, the Secret Gardens SGCD 44-49. The latest release of the Sessions series released on Secret Garden covers outtakes and different mixes from The Beatles “Let It Be”, their last official album release. The recording of the album “Let It Be” was complicated with many twists & turns and with a huge amount of unreleased tape left behind. What is included in this release is not a redundant performance such as the so-called “Get Back Sessions” that are endless sessions without a purpose; this release contains multiple recordings for Apple’s official album release. The tracks are presented here in final running order of the official album. Disk 1 is sessions of “Two Of Us” “Dig A Pony” “Across The Universe”. Disk 2 is sessions of “I Me Mine” “Dig It” “Let It Be” “Maggie Mae”. Disk 3 is sessions of ‘I’ve Got A Feeling’, ‘One After 909’, ‘Long And Winding Road’ and ‘For You Blue’. Disks 4 and 5 are sessions mostly of songs that never made it to the final release. Disc 6 includes the complete analog boot “O.P. D.”, a rare sound board release. It is the first CD format release from the complete WKBW acetate.
