Description: A Rare Antique ceramic bread plate/platter by W Brownfield which has a wheat sheaf pattern all around the base and has the words "The Appetite Obeys Where Reasons Rule" on the outer rim. Also to the centre of the plate is a name Mrs Spence, with a date Jan 30th 1866. This plate/platter is in very good condition considering its nearly 160 years old, there are no chips or cracks and is clean and tidy. It does have a few little age related marks dotted around. Length = 13"Width = 10.5"
