Description: RARE Antique Tiffany Favrile Glass Signed LCT Iridescent Gold Tulip Lamp Shade 1900 This piece is gorgeous!!!! It is signed on the rim LCT This Art Nouveau style of glass was created by the process of infusing color to glass. This is how it gets its shimmer. This process Favrile was patented in 1894 by Louis Tiffany and won a grand prize at the Exposition Universalle in Paris 1900. This shade in excellent condition it does have one small chip on the rim. This will not effect its function and will not be seen when attached to a lighting fixture. Let me know if you have any questions.
