This scarse print / plate originates from: 'Le gemme antiche figurate di Leonardo Agostini Senese.�, by Leonardo Agostini, published by Giacomo Dragondelli, Rome, 1657. This work was made in conjunction with Gian Pietro Bellori (1615�1696). The first volume was devoted entirely to Cardinal Francesco's collection, which Agostini had assembled for the papal nephew.
