RARE Antique Pernambuco Violin Bow "THE WONDER" 4/4 Early 20th Century

Description: untitled RARE Antique Pernambuco Violin Bow "THE WONDER" 4/4 Early 20th Century This is an old prenambuco violin bow with the words "THE WONDER" Etched onto it at the base just above the frog. Let me begin by saying I know absolutely nothing about violin bows. I've attempted to take enough pictures of the key details that everybody else here on ebay takes to give you an adequate sense of this bow. What I have learned from my research online is that back in the very early 20th century the C. G. Conn company manufactured a violin they called The Wonder. It was expensive and purported to be made with the finest materials and craftsmanship. It didn't sell well and was eventually discontinued in the 1920s. This, I believe, is an example of the bow that originally went with The Wonder violin. I can not speak to how good a bow this is. It is straight and it does appear to be in good condition aside from the fact that the hair is missing. It measures 29 inches in length from the very tip of the nose at the front to the back of the little silver thimble-like thing. I'm really not sure how to get an accurate weight for this piece, however, when i weigh it, balanced on my scale it comes in at 51.3 grams.
