Rare Antique ANGLE LAMP CO Triple Burner Electrified HANGING OIL LAMP Chandelier Rare Antique ANGLE LAMP CO Triple Burner Electrified HANGING OIL LAMP Chandelier This is a rare example of the Angle Lamp Company's triple burner lamp. The light has been converted to electric and works well. It is designed to be hard wired but an electrical cord can be added (by the new owner. The cord pictured is only for photos and not included) to make it a plug-in swag style chandelier. The light currently hangs 36" down from the ceiling (18" for the lamp and harp, 18" for the chain and canopy) but both the ceiling canopy and unusual chain can be modified to accommodate different ceiling heights. The lamp is 21" across at the widest. The lamp is brown, gold, bronze, and white in color, and the construction appears to be mixed metals including brass, bronze (?), and rusted steel. The body of the lamp features lovely embossed floral designs. The lamp has been lightly cleaned but the patina is original and undisturbed. Five of the six glass shades are in great condition, showing normal light wear and fitter edge flea bites. The sixth shade, one of the white tall high-hats, has been broken and glued a lot and is missing a piece. Top half of the shade-great. Bottom half of that shade--not great. Once you have it on the chandelier it isn't immediately noticeable. I'm planning on taping over the glued breaks in order to help stabilize it for shipping, but I can't promise that it won't come apart in transit. Please see all pictures for additional details.
