Wills Company of Bristol and London, England was founded in 1786. It was a pioneer in producing ship and sailor and aviation cigarette tobacco cards. The Company was considered a benevolent employer as they offered the workers free medical care, sports facilities and paid holidays. They also constructed air raid shelters for them. This is an extraordinary war time tin.
