Description: This is an exceptional example of the rare P. Lorillard & Cos. Rose Leaf Chewing Tobacco Tin. Exceptional because this tin has all of its chrome plating intact which is quite rare. This tin has NO wear, dents or issues on the top and bottom that is ornately etched. There is some minor wear on the front left edge where it probably lived in someone's pocket. The tin measures 3 1/2 inches by 2 1/4 inches and is 1/2 inch thick. The hinge works perfectly and the tin snaps shut securely. The compass works as well. This one comes from my personal collection and in almost 50 years of collecting I have never seen a better example.
