Description: Original antique bronze Renaissance Swiss Guard with Sword ornament for a French mantel clock. This would have gone on top of a French Clock. He measures almost 8 inches high. He is dressed in traditional Renaissance grab of the time. Condition: he is missing the very top of the sword cover. Please look well. Nonetheless, it is a wonderful piece and one which can still be used on a clock or just as a collectible.
