The pages are all in mostly very good condition, the last page in the top corner there is a small tear that in no way deters from the text or book in our opinion. Some of the pages have a light discoloration spot on the outer edge, again very light. There are no missing pages, no creases, no writing or markings & the binding is in great shape. This book has been stored in plastic for decades since being rebound.
