Description: This Rae Dunn Chirp Palace Birdhouse is VERY RARE and VERY HARD TO FIND. Pre-owned but doesn't appear to have been used for anything except decorative purposes. Ceramic loop hanger at the top Dimpling on exterior of product, typical of Rae Dunn pieces. Decorated to look like a bird cage with painted brown and green bars and a cute little black bird inside. Singular hole on the front Top is decorated with folk art hearts. Bottom has 4 small ventilation holes with a large hole and plug. Marked on the bottom with "Magenta M Exclusive" stamp and "Made in China". Measures approximately 7-1/2" tall. Base measures approximately 4-1/2" in diameter. There is no damage to this piece.
