Description: From my own collection. Watched once or twice, just like new. Ships from a smoke-free home, let me know if have any questions...thanks! For their entire tour in support of OK Computer (which lasted for nearly one year), a camera crew followed Radiohead, documenting the entire goings on (backstage, on-stage, interviews, etc). While the 95-minute documentary Meeting People Is Easy does offer a realistic view of the band on the road, it tends to be get a bit drawn out and boring after a while. The main reason for its sometimes tedious nature is that there is not one single in-concert song shown in its entirety, only snippets. Throughout, the band never seems really happy -- as if they're fighting the massive critical and commercial success bestowed upon them. When you think of a popular rock band on the road, most people would assume it's nonstop parties and fun, but Meeting People Is Easy captures the monotony of answering the same questions over and over again in interviews and traveling constantly from city to city, continent to continent. While it may not be comparable to such on-tour movie classics as The Kids Are Alright, Gimme Shelter, or The Song Remains the Same, Radiohead fans everywhere should enjoy Meeting People Is Easy. ~ Greg Prato
