Description: This is Luigi's Casa Della Tires playset. It is NOT complete, I know it is missing the stack of tires and the tire treadmill but could be missing other pieces, please look carefully. The sign does light! There is some damage to the stickers and playset from play and storage. The playset is very dirty and will need to be cleaned. Please see all the pictures for exact condition. This is in used but overall good condition. The item has been stored for many years and I do not want to harm the item so I will leave the cleaning to the new owner.
