You are bidding on 1 SET (6 BUSHES) in Gold or Black Anodized finish. ** Please specify which color you need after purchase, or we will send a random color ** ** Installation Tips ** Tripod Remove and Refit Remove Shifter trim panel Remove all shifter boots and the 4 shifter holding bolts on topUse a jack or hoist to get under the car safely Undo shifter bolt that connects to transmission and remove shifter completely from topUndo side shifter tripod boltsUndo top shifter tripod boltsInstallation is the reverse of the aboveRemoval of factory bushings Secure tripod in bench vice - grip as close as you can to the bush you are working onSide Bushes - Use a chisel or flat screw driver and tap around the outer part of the bush to remove it slowlyAlternate method - remove center bushing with screw driver and then use a hack saw to cut a slit into the bush to release the tension and then use the above method to removeAlternate method - use a bench vice and two sockets to press the bushing out gently. The first socket should be the size of the bushing outer case and the second socket should be large enough that the first socket can fit into ** Caution ** with the socket method - you can easily break or damage your shifter tripod if you don't choose the sockets carefully. Don't force it if it's not working. The TOP bushings will be able to be removed with a screw driver / chisel and a hammer Installation of Racetune Solid Shifter Bushings Install the TOP bushings first one at at time. Use a vice or a soft hammer to tap them in flushInstall the INNER side bushing first with a vice or hammer - use a rag or aluminium jaw proctors so you don't mark the bushingsInstall the OUTER side bushing with a vice or hammer - use a rag or aluminium jaw proctors so you don't mark the bushingsUse a vice with jaw protectors or a rag to press both inner and outer bushes together so they are flush. Repeat for Left / Right as required.
