Framed With Glass! features: beautiful large Peony in the center elaborately embroidered in silk threads using finest FORBIDDEN (PECKING KNOT) STITCHES as well as many Flowers and Leaves made in finest SATIN Stitch technique in all shades of orange, blue, cobalt blue, peach, green, off-white over cream colored ground...Embroidered Panel is surrounded with traditional beautiful Chinese woven Blue KESI braid and woven border with rust red and black trim..The beautiful dark espresso/black wooden frame adorned with gold accented corners in traditional Chinese style. The frame has dust paper on the back. Measurements approximately:27 3/4" x 12 3/4"- total size of framed panel. 22" x 8" - silk sleeve band, including all woven borders. Embroidered area: 18 x 3 5/8" inside of the Internal Blue Kesi Woven thin border. Weight: almost 4 pounds before wrapping and boxing.
