Description: A good art deco antique cigarette case with a super cute pug motif applied to the front. Has a lovely art deco engraved finish to the silver and has been designed with a slight curve so is super tactile to hold. Full hallmarks for sterling silver, Birmingham assay office, date letter for 1919 and maker’s mark for the well respected Deakin & Francis. Approximate dimensions: 8.5 cm x 7cm, a good weight at 96 grams. Condition: nice quality, opens and closes securely. Good antique condition with a couple of small dents, typical surface scratches and a little wear/ discolouration to gilt interior. Photos show some reflections. I’m having a clear out of silver and other collectibles so do take a look and see if anything else takes your fancy!
