It has a burgundy flock like top hat is not attached to the portrait. There is writing on the back of the backing, but, I cannot decipher the words. 9 3/4” x 7 1/2”. The oval part of the painting looks like it 8 straight sides and attached to the backing. 9” x 4 5/8”. Measurements are approximate. Used condition. Glue has dried. Burgundy top has defects in and on the paper. Papers has aged and discolored. Writing is on the back. See photos. Photographs were taken with or without flash.
