Description: A very pretty sterling silver and enamel box. It is hallmarked 925 and tests as sterling silver - I would date it to c2000. It has a very pretty scene of a fairy to its lid. It is in good condition being free from dings splits chips cracks and repairs but the inside has been rather roughly scoured - possibly for attaching a fabric liner? It measures approx. 2.25 inches (5.6cm) across by 1.25 inch (3cm) by 1cm tall and weighs 37 grams. A beautifully designed piece. Also on Selling Antiques.
