By precutting the pieces precise and by hand, all you have to do is start sewing!! This 12 Block kit has 144 precut pieces (8 wedges & 4 cornerstones for each block),and will complete 12 - 5" Blocks to assemble into many different projects. The last photo is a representation of the 12 pieces that you get for each block, and how to lay them out. As you can see, we have done all the cutting for you, you just start sewing! (This may be shown in a different fabric design). Once purchased, you will have full access to our FREE Pattern Library, there you will find your directions to complete your Kaleidoscope Blocks, then you to pick and choose what pattern(s) you would like to make your blocks into a project (or two or three). There is also a photo of a quilt showing what you would get when you sew all your blocks together and lay them out into a 3X4 setting, keeping in mind these are 5" finished blocks (approx. 15" x 20" mini quilt), you could also add borders to make bigger.
