Description: Pair of Antique Scottish Victorian Hand-Carved Barley-Twist Candlesticks. Measure 8-1/4 inches in height and the base is 4 inches in diameter. Felt on bottom..one is slightly coming loose. I bought these candlesticks from an antique dealer in Dingwall (Scottish Highlands) in the 1970s while I was living there, Beautiful large pair in very good condition! I lived in the Highlands of Scotland for 17 years and the Midlands of England for 7 years before returning home to the USA in 1996. I am putting quite a few items that I bought there in my eBay shop at this time and hope you will have time to look at a few.
