Top of outer pages is gold gilded. A few small stains on side outer pages, but not too bad. Some lightly edge nicked pages towards rear. Cloth cover has heavy center fading, a few lightly rubbed edges, water mark on rear, but otherwise good shape for its age. There is one illustration on second page. 817 pages.
