The back of that card stated "Japan Occupation c 1910". The only occupation related to Japan at that time would be when Japan occupied Korea. So I just put Japan. The little horse has a blanket that definitely looks like it could be Japanese. All very interesting. This is why vintage postcards are so interesting.
