Description: This listing is for an adorable 60s mod reproduction dress by POP England. It's a soft black velour with a white lace collar and cuffs. It's very Marianne Faithfull in the late 60s, or even Wednesday Addams. It's fully lined and the velour has slight stretch. It's a size 3, which I'd say fits like a small. It's approximately 33" long and 17" flat at the bust. Shoulders are 16" shoulder to shoulder. There is one minor flaw - the white collar has some very light discoloration. I have not tried to wash it, so please assume that the stains might be permanent. They are very light, however, and I was not able to capture them in the photo.
