They are hi quality PL84 pentodes, made under Philips licence and on original Philips tooling. Gray plates, halo ring, copper grid posts. They can be used in many EL86 / 6CW5 applications with changeing heater voltge. They are carefully matched by plate current and transconductance on my Metrix and Hickok testers.
