One of the braces that holds the handles feeding into it has broken the latches in the back. The handles are still find and the bag can be carried normally when the handles are extended. If the handles are shortened, the bag can also be carried okay, but because the brace missing latches, the handle is free on one side it moves more to the middle of the bag. It is mostly cosmetic issue rather than a problem, but we are mentioning it so that you are aware of it. There are pictures of both braces to show you how an intact brace looks like and the one that has broken latches inside (not visible from outside when looking at the bag).
