Description: Our Ultimate Kit for Pioneer Receivers includes everything you need to electronically restore and upgrade your Pioneer. The Allied 495 is a Pioneer SX-990 electronically, this kit will restore that receiver as well. The SX-990 Ultimate kit includes: 58 Capacitors (including the off board Main Cap with adaptor to mount in the existing clamp) 18 Transistors 4 Bourns Trimming Resistors Of Special note: The SX-990 used two 1,000uf caps in parallel as coupling capacitors at the output. One on the board and one off board. This kit replaces those with a single 2,200uf on board cap. Our kits use only the highest quality parts from authorized distributors. These kits save you valuable time and headache in sourcing the parts yourself. Having serviced and restored virtually every Pioneer receiver in the past, our kits are accurate and vetted. If you can solder and desolder, consider yourself handy in any other way, and are deliberate and thoughtful, you can do this! Any audio gear over 20 years old can benefit from this procedure.
