It still has that look the way I had to do it. The software I use is funny about curves and straight edges so I had to make like in pictures. These are 12 inches by 11 inches square diameter. Not a mass produced sign. Used with high quality pla plastic Filiment. Takes nearly 15 hours to make. And about 22mm thick. Light weight but sturdy.
