The PiezoBarrel P9 was developed for trumpet in collaboration with Master Trumpeter, Schilke Artist and Grammy Award Winning jazz musician Darren Barrett. The pickup has a crisp warm sound. The P9 Pickup pickup allows trumpet players to take advantage of electronic effect pedals or just get some extra volume. Whether you want to bring down the house or just let people hear a different side of your music, this pickup is for you. You have the freedom to move away from the microphone and still be heard consistently, use foot pedals for loops, or harmony effects, or perhaps just to add some atmosphere to the performance.
