ALTHOUGH NOT BLOCKED THE LINE WAS CLOSED IN BOTH DIRECTIONS ALMOST A YEAR SINCE A SIMILAR INCIDENT IN 2014. A REQUEST TO THE CONTRACTOR'S SITE STAFF TO ENTER THE SITE TO TAKE A PHOTO WAS POLITELY DECLINED. NETWORK RAIL HAD APPARENTLY FORBIDDEN OUTSIDE PHOTOGRAPHY.
