THE TRANSFORMER IS BAD AND WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED. CONDITION: EXCELLENT CONE WITH NO NOTICED RIPS, CUTS, OR HOLES ON THE CONE. TRANSFORMER IS BAD AND WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED.
