I am very pleased with this crate, but sadly only used for half a year due to puppy growing too big for the crate. The 28 inch length is said to be good for 20-30lbs dogs, but I would recommend to measure dog/cat to see if they can fit. This crate can either be used for dogs or cats. The complete dimensions of the travel crate/carrier are 28x20.5x21.5 inches. I hope this crate finds a new home where it can be used for its purpose.
