Description: Circa late 1870s to early 1880s CDV photo of Tucker's Hotel in Peterborough, New Hampshire. Nice advertising back. The address of the hotel was 35 Main Street. Previously known as French's Tavern, Thomas B. Tucker (1830-1908) purchased the tavern in 1879. It was later known as Tuckers Tavern. The J. H. (John Henry) Steele book store is seen on the far right. No photographer backmark.* CONDITION: Very Good with a few light creases which are more evident on the reverse. * SIZE: Measures approximately 2 3/8 x 3 7/8 inches.
