Designed to accommodate a variety of mirrors depending on your needs, and installs permanently in minutes by simply removing the top factory mirror nut, inserting the slotted adapter and re-installing the nut. The listing is for 1 pair, left and right side. Fitment for Peterbilt 379 or similar that run the "west coast" style mirror as shown in the photos. The Extension Systems do not include the mirrors, and are manufactured to fit a variety of mirror styles. We recommend using the 6 x 8 Flat mirror shown in the photos for best results.****Please Note***The photos of the Extensions mounted on the Kenworth truck are from a prototype version.
