My consignor put inserts in these shoes but quickly realized nothing could keep her in heels so ebay. If you don't want the inserts they peel out easily but since they are so clean I will leave the choice to you. Inside about 9 1/2 but maybe a bit more without the inserts and 3 3/8 at the widest underneath. Very special shoes .In their original box.
