He played at Oklahoma State where he set power records and was known as one of the greatest power hitters in college baseball history. Now a member of the College BB Hall of Fame, Pete debuted for the Texas Rangers in 1986 and played 13 seasons, 5 with Texas and had a year apiece with the Detroit Tigers, a big year with the Houston astros, the Phillies, Baltimore Orioles and Yankees. 'INKY' also spent time with the Chiba Lotte Marines in Japan. He struck out often (1,277 times) and led the league in that dubious category Overall, Incaviglia hit .246 with 206 homers and he drove in 655 runs. He was very popular in two stints with the Houston Astros and his first few seasons with the Texas Rangers. This lot of cards was created from boxes of these sets which I opened and sorted, they were obtained by me as part of a huge collection of over 160,000 Baseball cards.
