Names or words included up to 8 letters. If you need 2 line words, please ask us first through messaging. If you do not give us the name, we will send you a collar without a patch. Shipping time All collars are custom made and obviously the name patch will be custom made as well. They can take up to 4 days to make and they will ship USPS. ReturnsAll Collars are custom made to dog size and personalization, therefore collars are not returnable. We do however back our products and if for any reason you have an issue, please message us. We do not recommend leaving collars on dogs all the time. For this reason we use quick release options. It is dangerous to leave any collar on a dog 24 hours as dogs can get stuck on things and choke themselves such as crates, door knobs, fences, cabinets and so on. It is hazardous and we never leave collars on our dogs.While our collars are made with the very best materials, they are not indestructible. Our collars are very stylish and strong but if you abuse them they will get destroyed like anything else. We back our workmanship but if the collar shows heavy abuse, we cannot be responsible. The usage will determine how long the name patch will last also. Bottom line is if you care for the collar it will last a long time. If your patch frays which might happen after a while of heavy use, you can trim the fray off and there are videos explaining how to seal webbing online to stop it from fraying for a while.Please take care of your dog collar.
