The color is "Prussian Green," and definitely has the deep teal vibe, though the lighting in some of my photos tints it more blue. Substantial, weighty textured velvet fabric with pronounced shoulders, v neck, 3/4 sleeves, wide ruched waistband and ruching at the left hip. The hem is asymmetrical and the dress is meant to be form fitting. Zip in back, mild stretch. Top is lined. Shown on a size 6 dress form and fits true to size.
