Description: Interior KIT for the Rivarossi 85ft Heavy-Weight Combine Car [ HO ] Miscellaneous Railroad Company 24Comb-RivHW This KIT features seating for 24 “passengers”, two lavatories, and simulated wood planking on the baggage floor. There are notches and holes in the floor to fit around the protrusions and the roof/window latches. This KIT consists of 2 pieces to be glued together to create the interior. TEST FIT BEFORE GLUEING! The seats are low, to allow for the installation of an LSW beneath the interior floor for car weight. The passenger’s feet have to be trimmed. LSW078 is recommended for weight because it clears the window locking tabs and guides. (You still have to mark and punch out the holes for the 4 lugs and truck screws.) DO NOT overlap the raised rectangles in the four corners! Bond the completed interior to the previously installed LSW078 with automotive weather stripping adhesive. Completed L = 10 7/8in; W = 1 3/32in; H = 7/8in.; weight = 0.4oz.Warning! Do not install the interior in the passenger car sooner than 12 hours after using “Super Glue”. Cyanoacrylate adhesives release fumes that will attack and mar your windows and other surfaces. I attempt to provide the most accurate description possible.
