Description: This is a 4-5/8" PARKER VACUMATIC MECH PENCIL from c1939. It is a pretty EMERALD GREEN and uses .036" lead. It has perfect gold filled trim and black cap jewel. The barrel has a single line PARKER imprint including a date mark which is a little fuzzy but looks like first quarter 1939. Marked PARKER on the clip. Clip is the split arrow variety. The cap did not provide enough friction to turn the torque tube but I added a tiny stripe of masking tape to the torque tube which immediately solved the problem. Eraser and extra lead.
