Includes important foreign relations documents and letters relating to the Civil War. Graded Very Good overall. Hardcover. xxxi + 1400 pages total. Hard to find a complete set in very good condition. COMMENTS: Major correspondents in these volumes are William H. Seward, Charles Francis Adams, Richard Bickerton Pemell, Lord Lyons, William L.
