It features a detailed Folk Art Santa holding a staff with a fox in a basket and an owl on his shoulder. He is hand painted, dusted with glitter and signed by the artist. He measures about 4 inches tall and about 2 inches wide and hangs from a silver cord. I have looked him over carefully and can see no flaws whatsoever.
