Both have gilt trim. The opening at the top of the vases is approximately 2 1/2"They are 8 1/2" tall and approximately 4" wide and 3" deepThe girl with the tom turkey features applied flowers at the top and an almost 6" figure of a girl with a blue hat and dress with a pink and gold vest and pink boots. She appears to be attempting to hide from the turkeyThe girl with a playful grey striped kitten is wearing a flowered frock under an apron and a wide yellow hat. A pink ball is resting under her right hand and appears to have the cat's attention. A bouquet of applied flowers is at the top of the vaseThe marks on the underside indicate they were crafted circa 1887 at Kister's Scheibe-Alsbach factory in Thuringia, Germany. They are clearly marked with the Scheibe-Alsbach factory hallmark (blue KPM and swords underglaze marks and impressed).
