The box is typical Revell: flimsy. The box also shows light to medium shelf-wear. The clear parts remain in their original plastic bag. All other sprues have been removed from their plastic bags. I have inventoried all parts and the kit is 100% complete. Two parts (one landing strut; one propeller pin) have been separated from their sprues. These have been placed in a separate plastic bag for safe shipping. The decals look great. They are not discolored or curled. Appear ready to apply. Even so, nine year old decals have no guarantee of being usable. I am a long time model builder, and these look good to me. If I thought otherwise I would have stated so. This will be a nice plane to build. Great care should be taken when applying these (or any other kit) decals. I’ve been building model kits for 60+ years. I still like to watch videos to keep up my skills. It would be wise to check out a YouTube video for a quick refresher on the proper way to apply decals. The kit you buy is the one I have pictured.
