Description: VERY big vintage bell from the Punjab region of Pakistan. Often this kind of bell is used on trucks that transport goods (jingle trucks). This one was most likely used as advertising due to the "7 Up" evident on both sides. Underneath the 7 Up is script in Punjabi (?). This is a big, round bell! 2.5" long with a 6" circumference. 1.75" profile. The brass is aged and oxidized with verdigris and surface wear apparent. The chime is intact. The bell weighs just over 2.3 ounces/65 grams. Different monitors and phone apps show colors differently. I do my best to accurately document color using both photos and written descriptions.
