Description: I have a hardcover copy of Our Neighbors Upstairs The Canadians with a date of 1979 for sale. The book is still in good condition and it is by William Redman Duggan. The pages are cream colored with no staining on them. The book is tight at the spine and it's not splitting at all. The dust cover is in nice shape. There is no writing in the book other than some library numbers. There is a little bit of spotting on the outside of the pages when the book is closed.The book is an ex-library book so it has a plastic cover on it and a card sleeve, along with a bar code inside the back cover. There is a library stamp on the outside of the pages when the book is closed and on the title page--and maybe a few others scattered throughout. The plastic cover is glued to the boards.
