The watch was manufactured in 1944-45 for Pilots and Navigators in the US Army Air Force (USAAF). Watch case is 10k rolled gold plate with a stainless back, It features a hand-winding and hacking 10AK movement The case is the type 2 watch back, which does not feature the screw down back or arsenal markings. This is a uncommon variation. The back of the case reads: 5280013 BulovaThe band is a vintage ww2 era leather Hamilton strap that is very weathered but usable and goes well with the watch.
