Description: This beautiful original oil painting on wood appears to have been painted in the "plein aire" style. I can tell it's wood or panel as it is very stiff to the touch on the back though I have not removed the paper on the back to confirm.. It is signed on the front "M. Smith" and was acquired from an estate sale in the Detroit, MI area. The painting is in used/vintage condition which may include paint scrapes or paint loss or both and is in it's original frame.
