I believe it was purchased about 2003/2004. It has been kept flat, in frame, hanging in a pet-free/smoke free home since that time. I have taken a number of photos to show you the exact condition of the map. However, if you need additional photos, they can be provided. This will be shipped flat. It will be wrapped in tissue paper, and then moving paper, within a very sturdy cardboard shipper.
