Description: This is an extremely rare original NASA poster advertising the first orbital flight of the (then unnamed) Space Shuttle, which at that time was scheduled for March 31, 1981 (the actual launch of the first Shuttle, the Columbia, was April 12, 1981). Rarely offered. Few of these posters still exist. 21" X 27 1/2" Top corners wrinkled (see photo). Overall very good condition, with no tape stains. One of a set of three rare posters issued by NASA to commemorate the event. We have offered all three, and would be happy to combine shipping.
