From 30s and 40s. I think the language is Hungarian but I could be wrong. Very interesting and only few that are circulating. I got this item at the Estate Auction in North Carolina. Minimal testing or inspections was done to it. It came from a very old house with many other antique items with it. I am selling this AS-IS.
